Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our support portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Pack the Equipment

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
